Refund Policy
We take pride in our products and want to ensure you are 100% happy with your items. As such we are happy to exchange or refund items that you are not 100% satisfied with or that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 20 days of purchase.
Should you wish to return an item please contact us ASAP regarding the return and we can advise of the correct process in line with out return policy (as outlined below).
· If your item is not what you truly wished for (not including sensory kits) we are happy to issue a refund or a store credit for the product upon its return to us within 30 days of purchase. Shipping back to Messy Mania is to be paid by the customer.
· Items must be in original undamaged packaging for a refund equivalent to the purchase price. If damaged or opened you may only be offered a partial refund.
· Shipping back to Messy Mania will be at customers' expense for change of mind and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return deliveries.
· Unfortunately, due to the nature of the sensory kits, these are not able to be returned or refunded due to change of mind unless the item is faulty.
· No returns or refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty.
· If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Messy Mania will pay the cost of shipping back to us. We will do our best to offer a replacement but sometimes this is not possible due to stock levels.
· Please ensure that items are well packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product after an order has been placed before it has shipped to you please note that this will be refunded to you after deducting the fees from the transaction such as Afterpay, Applepay, or Square, etc. These fees range from 2-6% depending on the payment method used at checkout. We can also offer store credit to the full amount.
Sensory kits and sale items are not subject to change of mind policy.
Faulty Items
Should an item be faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will happily replace, please let us know within 7 days of your order arriving by contacting us at info@messymania.com.au with a photo of the item and your order number.
A product is considered faulty if they are received damaged or if they break within 7 days of them arriving with you. Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. We may ask you to return the faulty item by sending a postage paid return label.
Disclaimer:
Messy Mania at their discretion has the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period, do not meet the return policy, or items that are returned that have been used and not in their original condition (including all original product packaging). Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of return for refund or we may deduct up to 60% of the cost based on the condition of the goods. Product Returns that do not meet our Return criteria will be at the Buyers Disposal.
